Connecting leadership
The focus of our joint work is the further development of your interpersonal leadership skills, such that they become a permanent part of your personal development. The retreat of the Old Nursery is located in a small village on the North German coast. It provides a charming and informal setting for a one-day workshop, in which to spend time to reflect on your current status and how to progress your connecting leadership style.

Impulse workshop
Within the framework of a one-day impulse workshop in the Old Nursery, individual focal points are set in three areas:

It is possible to extend the workshop to one and a half days.

Preparation
After an introductory talk, an emotional performance profile is drawn up with the help of an epp® analysis.

Implementation and
success monitoring
The mentor accompanies the implementation of the action plan for three months by means of regular Jour Fixes. This support can optionally be intensified and/or extended.
